Candidates must have sales experience - preferably in the jewelry industry - but we will consider anyone with general experience in sales who is results oriented, a team player, and has a heart for serving people. Candidates must be skilled in clienteling, clear communicators and confident in their ability to consistently meet sales goals. Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) would be a plus.

We have a competitive compensation plan for our sales professionals and offer benefits such as industry educational opportunities, employee discounts and bonuses. We also have very desirable work hours for a retail store. We are open Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-5pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are centrally located in Southern Middle TN being an hour from Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville, AL. We are also 15 minutes from the World's Famous Jack Daniel's Distillery and 30 minutes from Tims Ford Lake.
